Terms of Warranty
At LOUXAS, we stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. All furniture is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, with a comprehensive 10-year coverage period beginning on the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a comparable item of equal value and design intent.
For added peace of mind, all orders are protected by our 60-day worry-free returns. After this period, we continue to support your purchase under our 10-year warranty program.
WARRANTY DEFINITION
- This LOUXAS Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser for indoor residential use.
- Any use outside of a residential setting, including commercial applications, misuse, improper handling, or post-purchase alterations (such as reupholstery), will void this warranty.
- Proper care is essential to preserve warranty coverage.
- All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by LOUXAS, whose decision shall be final.
- At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or refund any item covered under this warranty.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
- Commercial or non-residential use
- Improper assembly or handling
- Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, sunlight)
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
This warranty covers:

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at service@louxas.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts or a comparable item. Proof of purchase is required. Any repaired or replaced item will continue under the remaining term of the original warranty.
As our collections evolve, replacement items may vary slightly. If the original piece is unavailable, a similar item of equal value and design intent will be offered.
This warranty does not include monetary refunds, and our liability is limited to the original purchase price. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, except where restricted by law.
