Louxas offers three delivery tiers, determined at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination:

  • Parcel shipping - express, contact-free delivery via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, designed for smaller items
  • Scheduled delivery - a reliable, appointment-based option for larger furniture pieces
  • White-glove service - the most comprehensive option, including in-home placement and full setup

Yes. The white-glove delivery service covers delivery to your room of choice and full setup. Select this option at checkout when ordering larger pieces.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with carrier details and a tracking number.

Louxas accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition. Key conditions include:

  • Returns must be requested within 60 calendar days of delivery
  • Returns for reasons other than product quality or fulfillment errors are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return - check the individual product listing for details
  • For exchanges, specify your preferred variation (size, color, or model) when submitting your request

Contact the support team as soon as possible with photos and your order details. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Louxas will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a comparable item of equal value.

Yes. All furniture is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, which begins after the 60-day return window. Key terms include:

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship
  • Applies to the original purchaser only
  • Valid for indoor residential use only
  • Commercial use, misuse, or post-purchase alterations (such as reupholstery) will void the warranty

Refund only (no return): Upon request acceptance, Refund will commence within 3 business days.Refund with return: Refund will commence within 7 business days after all returned items have been sent back to our warehouse.Where possible, funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid to Hernest, i.e. back to your Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Account. For credit cards, depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
