You can initiate a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your product. Once we receive the returned item, we will fully process your request within 5–7 business days and forward it to the bank for the final refund.

From the day of delivery, all furniture pieces are covered by a 15-year warranty against materials and craftsmanship defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or provide an equivalent alternative for you.
