Furniture Measuring & Delivery Guide
Precise measurement is essential to ensure that your newly selected Louxas furniture perfectly complements your home and arrives seamlessly. Please utilize this comprehensive, step-by-step measuring guide to evaluate your space, entryways, and delivery pathways prior to placing your order, guaranteeing a successful and effortless delivery experience.
01 Confirm Product Dimensions
We provide detailed specifications including width (W), depth (D), and height (H) for every piece within the Louxas collection. For seating designs such as sofas and lounge chairs, a diagonal depth (DD) is also supplied.

02 Measure Your Furniture's Placement Area
Identify the exact location where your new furniture will reside. To best visualize the footprint, we highly recommend drafting a scaled floor plan or outlining the item's dimensions on your floor using painter's tape.
03 Measure the Path for Delivery
Establish the most direct and accessible route from your exterior property line to the furniture's final placement room. Compare your interior pathway dimensions against the product specifications to confirm our delivery professionals can safely navigate your home without obstruction.
HALLWAYS
Measure the width and ceiling height of all hallways, accounting for sharp corners or turns. Confirm entry clearance distances for maneuvering into interior rooms. Check for low-hanging light fixtures or structural moldings that may impede access.
DOORWAYS
Measure the interior width and height of all access doors. Check how wide your doors can open, noting any restrictive hardware like knobs or handles. Identify any architectural details or trims that may impede access.
ELEVATORS
Measure the exact width and height of the elevator door opening. Measure the interior cabin depth, width, and diagonal clearance. Note: Confirm your building's delivery regulations and elevator booking protocols in advance.
STAIRWAYS
Measure the stairway width, factoring in any handrails, banisters, or posts. Measure the ceiling clearance from both the top and bottom steps. Ensure there is adequate space to maneuver and tilt the item on and around landings.
04 Prepare for Delivery
To facilitate a safe and efficient experience, please ensure the established delivery route is entirely clear of existing furniture, decor, and trip hazards prior to our team's arrival. We also advise applying protective coverings to vulnerable flooring surfaces along the pathway.
