At LOUXAS, every piece is designed to elevate your living space. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we're here to make the return experience as seamless as possible.
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 60 days of delivery, provided they meet our return standards outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Request submitted within 60 calendar days of delivery
- Product remains unused and unassembled
- All original packaging, labels, and protective materials are intact
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
For exchanges, please specify your preferred variation (e.g., size, color, or model) when submitting your request.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
To maintain the integrity and quality of our offerings, the following items are not eligible:
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Products that have been assembled, used, or altered
- Purchases made outside of our official website
SHIPPING FEES & RESPONSIBILITY
Return shipping responsibility depends on the nature of the request:
Customer-Initiated Returns
(e.g., change of preference)
Returns requested for reasons other than product quality or fulfillment errors will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, reflecting the cost of handling and reconditioning.
Louxas-Initiated Returns
(e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Louxas will arrange and cover return shipping
- A full refund will be issued
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Submit Your Request
Contact our Customer Support Team at support@louxas.com, including your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a designated return address and detailed instructions.
Please note: returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Prepare Your Item
Carefully repack the item using its original packaging, ensuring all components, tags, and protective materials are intact.
Arrange Shipment
Return shipping should be arranged based on the approved instructions provided by our team.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
- Inspection & Processing: 5–7 business days
- Bank Processing Time: 5–10 additional business days depending on your provider
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If your refund has not appeared after this period, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We understand plans may change.
Before Shipment:
Orders may be canceled at no cost if they have not yet entered the shipping process.
Processing Timeline:
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days
After Shipment:
Orders in transit cannot be canceled, but may be returned within the 60-day return window
